All digital product sales are final. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email. Downloads are available for a limited period as specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse or unauthorised distribution is detected.
All content, templates, and digital products sold on this website are the intellectual property of The White Digital. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share our products without prior written consent.
Consulting engagements are subject to a separate agreement confirmed at the time of booking. All advice and recommendations are provided in good faith based on industry experience. Results may vary based on individual business conditions.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. By completing a purchase, you authorise The White Digital to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will assist you.
The White Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
